And with the seventh-overall pick...

The Oakland Raiders have selected Darrius Heyward-Bey, WR from Maryland.

Raiders' owner Al Davis loves speed. So, he selected the fastest WR in this year's draft. Heyward-Bey posted a 4.3 40 at the combine.

This is a very questionable pick bypassing Texas Tech's Michael Crabtree or even Missouri's Jeremy Macklin since he covets speed so much.
