Jaguars sign Torry Holt to three-year deal

Per Michael C. Wright of the Florida Times-Union, Torry Holt and the Jacksonville Jaguars have agreed on a three-year contract worth $13 million.

Holt will receive base salaries of $4 million this year, which is the only guaranteed money of the contract, $4 million in 2010 and $5 million in 2011. If he meets certain incentives, the value of contract could reach $20 million.

The signing was expected for the 32-year-old receiver, who also visited with the Tennessee Titans.

Holt is one of the all-time great receivers (11th all-time on receptions list). He had 64 receptions for 796 yards in 2008 and will be the Jaguars number one receiver in 2009.
