Patrick Kerney has elbow surgery
Seattle Seahawks DE Patrick Kerney had surgery on his left elbow yesterday to remove bone chips according to Eric Williams of the Tacoma News-Tribune.
Having torn his left labrum for a second time in less than a year, Kerney missed the final nine games of the 2008 season after having season-ending shoulder surgery.
Although he won't participate in any off-season minicamps, Kerney is expected to be ready for training camp in July.
Kerney had five sacks in the seven games he played last year.
