'Bama WR Jones has sports hernia surgery

Per the Birmingham News, Alabama wide receiver Julio Jones had successful sports hernia surgery, which was performed on April 21st.

Jones is expected to be ready for camp in August.

Last year, Jones had 58 receptions for 924 yards and four touchdowns as a rookie. He finished third in the SEC in receiving yards behind Georgia's A.J. Green and LSU's Brandon LaFell.
