Eric Ghiaciuc signs with Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs have signed center Eric Ghiaciuc, who was an unrestricted free agent.

Ghiaciuc, who was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in fourth round in 2005, has started 42 games for the Bengals over the past four seasons.

The Bengals drafted Jonathan Luigs from Arkansas in the fourth round this year. The Chiefs have two other centers on their roster: Wade Smith and Rudy Niswanger.
