Ravens' Mason may miss training camp
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Derrick Mason may miss training camp, but he expects to ready for the beginning of the season, according to Jamison Hensley of the Baltimore Sun.
Mason, who had surgery on his shoulder in February, did not participate during the team's mandatory mini-camp this weekend.
Mason led the Ravens in receptions (80), receiving yards (1037) and receiving touchdowns (five) in 2008.

"I guarantee I'll be ready by the first game, that's all I can say," Mason said Sunday. "Everything else, we'll play it by ear."Back in November, Mason injured his labrum in the game against the Texans. He played throughout the remainder of the season, but he says "it turned out to be more than we anticipated."
