Mike Martz is not a fan of Jay Cutler

Following in Tony Dungy's footsteps, Mike Martz had some less-than-flattering comments about Bears franchise QB Jay Cutler, according to Brad Biggs of the Chicago Sun-Times.
Earlier in the summer, Dungy questioned Cutler's "maturity level" and said that he'd be concerned with "some of the things that happened leading to [Cutler] leaving Denver."
"He just doesn't get it," Martz said [on NFL Network's new show The Head Coaches]. "He doesn't understand that he represents a great head coach and the rest of those players on that team ... somebody needs to talk to him."
"When I saw that postgame press conference last night, I thought he looked completely immature," Jim Mora Sr. said on The Head Coaches.
In Sunday night's game against the Packers, Cutler threw a career-high four interceptions. Although Cutler chalks up the picks to miscommunication, Smith said that Cutler "knows that some of those passes he can't throw, and he won't.''
Despite his big arm, throwing interceptions isn't a recent problem for Cutler. In 2008, he finished second in most interceptions thrown (18) behind Brett Favre.
As far as Cutler's maturity, leadership and intangibles, he demonstrated his lack of those qualities when he wouldn't return Pat Bowlen's phone calls before being traded out of Denver.
