Clinton Portis will play vs Bucs

Washington Redskins running back Clinton Portis, who was a game-time decision against the Buccaneers, will play today. Portis has a calf strain and bone spurs in both ankles.
In two of his three games, Portis faced weak rushing defenses in St. Louis and Detroit.
The Bucs are the second-worst rushing defense in the NFL through three games allowing 187.3 yards per game and 5.2 yards per carry.
Even though he'll play this week, fantasy football owners should be cautious with Portis, who is only averaging 3.9 yards per carry this season.
Portis hasn't had more than 19 carries in any of his three games this year and has only 183 rushing yards and no touchdowns.
