Ray Rice not expected to play, Bernard Pierce to start

Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, Baltimore running back Ray Rice is not expected to play this weekend since the Ravens have already clinched the AFC North.

With rookie Bernard Pierce getting the start, he could be in for a big day.

Last week against the Giants, Pierce, the team's third-round pick, rushed 14 times for a career-high 123 yards. On the season, he has 86 carries for 443 yards and a touchdown.

The Bengals have allowed the 12th-fewest fantasy points to opposing running backs this season. They haven't allowed a 100-yard rusher since Week 7.

I moved Pierce up to No. 22 in my fantasy running back rankings for the week.

[Update: Schefter just tweeted: "Last second change with the Ravens. Ravens running back Ray Rice is active and is going to play a series or two."
