Ex-Giants RB Ahmad Bradshaw visiting with Colts today

Running back Ahmad Bradshaw has been unemployed since the Giants released him in early February.

According to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, Bradshaw is visiting with the Colts today.

One of the toughest players in the league, Bradshaw, who has had offseason foot surgery, has dealt with numerous and nagging lower-leg injuries as he played 16 games only once in six seasons with the Giants.

Although he missed a couple of games last season, Bradshaw finished with his second 1,000-yard season in the past three years. He has averaged 4.6 yards per carry in his career, is a good receiver out of the backfield and excels in pass protection.

With the current trio of Vick Ballard, Donald Brown and Delone Carter, it wouldn't surprise me if Bradshaw turned out to be the most productive of the team's backs if he both sides end up agreeing to a deal.

Currently, I have Ballard ranked as my 29th-ranked running back in my 2013 fantasy football rankings.
