No setbacks for RG3 after cutting drills
Early in his rehabilitation process from offseason surgery to repair a torn ACL and LCL, Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III was called "superhuman" by Dr. James Andrews for his recuperative powers.
Throughout the offseason, he has appeared to be far ahead of schedule for each of the steps of his recovery.
Griffin III, the reigning NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year, has stated that his goal is to be ready not only for the start of the regular season but also for the start of training camp, which begins on July 25th.
Per Mike Jones of the Washington Post, RG3 made more positive strides in his recovery this week as he performed cutting drills on three consecutive days without any setbacks.

RG3 will meet with Dr. Andrews twice next month (early July and right before camp) to determine whether or not he will be cleared for training camp or need to continue rehabbing the knee.
As a rookie, he threw for 3,200 yards and 20 touchdowns while throwing only five interceptions. In addition, he ran for 815 yards, which ranked 20th in the league last year, and seven touchdowns.
Since the NFL-AFL merger in 1970, he is one of only four quarterbacks to rush for at least 800 yards in a season.
While he is currently my 10th-ranked fantasy quarterback going into the season, I plan to move him up a couple of spots in my next update.
