Sidney Rice in Switzerland for knee treatment

Until there is a team in London, it's never a good thing when a player is in Europe in the middle of training camp, but that's where Seahawks wide receiver Sidney Rice is.

Although he's not in London, Rice is in Switzerland getting a knee treatment according to head coach Pete Carroll (via ESPN 710's Liz Matthews).

That means, that neither of the team's top two wide receivers are in Seattle as Percy Harvin traveled to New York to get a second opinion today on his hip injury and he will now weigh his options.

While Harvin may miss time, perhaps even the season if his injury requires surgery, it appears that Rice won't miss any games — not even in the preseason.

Matthews also tweeted, "Carroll said Rice likely not to miss any games, even preseason. Said will come back with 'fresh legs' and 'even better.'"

Or perhaps this is what is happening (as tweeted by John Boyle of the Everett Herald):

Based on my current fantasy rankings, three Seahawks receivers are in my top 80 wide receiver rankings: Harvin (25), Rice (41) and Golden Tate (56).
