Maurice Jones-Drew to have MRI on ankle

Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew left today's game with a sprained ankle and he will have an MRI, per Ryan O'Halloran of the Florida Times Union.

"It’s a little loose in there from the sprain," coach Gus Bradley said. "They’ll re-evaluate him tonight and tomorrow."

Jones-Drew carried the ball 10 times for only 27 yards and backup Jordan Todman had five carries for only nine yards.

Regardless of who's in the backfield next week, it should be a long day for the Jaguars offense as they head to Seattle to take on the Seahawks.

In early Week 3 odds, the Broncos are favored by 14.5 points over the Raiders, who beat the Jags earlier today. I wouldn't be surprised if the Seahawks are favored by 17 to 20 points especially after Seattle's performance tonight.
