Raiders QB Terrelle Pryor to start vs. Redskins
Pryor sustained the concussion in last week's loss to the Raiders, but he cleared the league's and team's concussion tests on both Friday and Saturday is cleared to play for Sunday.
Through three games, Pryor has 198 rushing yards, which leads all quarterbacks, and has completed more than 65 percent of his pass attempts for 624 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. Pryor is tied for 15th among quarterbacks in fantasy points with Houston's Matt Schaub.
With a favorable matchup against the Redskins, who have allowed the second-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks, Pryor has QB1 upside (see my rankings) in a week with both Aaron Rodgers and Cam Newton on bye.
Pryor's availability will make it easier for Darren McFadden to exploit his matchup against Washington's fantasy-friendly defense as well. In all three games, the Redskins have allowed at least 18 fantasy points to a running back: Philadelphia's LeSean McCoy (24), Green Bay's James Starks (22) and Detroit's Joique Bell (18).
UPDATE: Jay Glazer tweeted this AM that Flynn, not Pryor, will get the start today.
