Roddy White has a high-ankle sprain
Throughout his eight-year career, Falcons wide receiver Roddy White has never missed an NFL game.
So naturally it seemed unrealistic to think that an ankle sprain that he suffered earlier in the preseason would keep him out of the regular-season opener.
Listed as questionable on in the injury report, White's ankle injury is worse than initially thought as Adam Schefter tweeted that White has a high-ankle sprain.
The Saints and Falcons kick off at 1 p.m. so you can sit him if he's inactive, but the worry is that even if he is active, he won't be close to 100 percent and could aggravate the injury.
