Here are my Week 10 NFL picks against the spread:
Buffalo Bills +3 (over Pittsburgh Steelers)
The Steelers are coming into this game after a rough week in New England, where they gave up a franchise-record 55 points to the Pats. The Bills come in after a tough loss with Jeff Tuel at the helm, to the undefeated Chiefs, and you could argue if they don't throw the pick-six at the goal line, they would have won.
The Bills run the football extraordinarily well, as they are third in the league with 145 yards per game, 4.3 yards per carry, and most likely have the best 1-2 punch with C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson. The Steelers struggle to stop the run, as they are 31st in the league, giving up 131 yards per game, 4.2 yards per carry, and 12 touchdowns through eight games on the ground.
I love this mismatch, and factored with the Bills getting back EJ Manuel this week and also getting three points. I am taking the three here as Buffalo will win this one outright.

New York Giants -7.5 (over Oakland Raiders)
I know the Giants typically play down to the level of their competition, but they will be fresh off the bye, and they have won two in a row. The Raiders come in off a spanking at home by the Eagles, and that game saw a record-tying seven TD passes in one game.
For all their troubles, the Giants will be able to take away the Raiders rushing attack, as they are ranked 9th in the league and give up 102 yards per game and only 3.6 yards per carry. I think this will be the week you see Eli Manning get back on track, as the Raiders are 23rd in the league in passing defense and they allow a 69-percent completion rate, 263 yards per game, and 17 touchdowns. I love the matchup of Victor Cruz, Hakeem Nicks, and Rueben Randle going against that pass defense that was just shredded by Nick Foles.
The Giants are not out of the NFC East by a longshot, and Tom Coughlin always has the Giants playing well in the second half of the season. I will lay the 7.5 here for the home team.
Arizona Cardinals -3 (over Houston Texans)
The Texans were humming along last week, and then quite the medical scare happened to Gary Kubiak at half time, and we are glad to hear that he is ok. The Texans needed that game against the Colts, and now they will also be without stud running back Arian Foster this week.
The Cardinals are great at shutting down the run, as they are fourth in the league, allowing 88.3 yards per game, 3.5 yards per carry, and only three touchdowns on the year. I don't trust a banged up Ben Tate against that defense, and the Texans will also be starting Case Keenum instead of Matt Schaub. I don't trust Wade Phillips on the road, and I love the swarming Cardinals defense that will cause havoc for the Texans all day.
I also love the evolution of Andre Ellington going against a rush defense that allows 115 yards per game and 4.2 yards per carry. I will give the 3 here gladly, as I like Arizona at home against a banged up and deflated Texans squad.
Five of our contributors make three weekly picks ATS every week and they will be posted here.
