Colts re-sign Ahmad Bradshaw to one-year deal
Bradshaw played in only three games last season, but he gained 186 yards and two touchdowns on 41 carries (4.5 yards per carry) with seven catches for 42 yards.
Even though foot injuries have plagued Bradshaw for his entire career, nobody questions his toughness and he excels in pass protection so he should at least get plenty of third-down snaps out of that group.
Considering the cost the Colts gave up to acquire Richardson, they certainly want him to succeed and I expect him to get the first shot to lead the committee.
That said, Richardson averaged a mere 2.9 yards per carry in 14 games with the Colts last season and was eventually benched in favor of Brown. I wouldn't be surprised if that happened again except with Bradshaw (or Ballard) replacing T-Rich.
