Jaguars RB Toby Gerhart (hip) back at practice today

With hip flexor tightness sidelining him for the first preseason game and the past week of practice, Jacksonville Jaguars running back Toby Gerhart has returned to the practice field.

Appearing on my list of undervalued players in fantasy football, Gerhart has been productive when given the opportunity as Adrian Peterson's backup.

In seven games with 15 or more touches, Gerhart has scored double-digit fantasy points five times and averaged 12.6 fantasy points per game in those contests. For a frame of reference, 12.6 FP/G last season would have ranked a running back 11th last season.

Expected to be the team's workhorse back in 2014, Gerhart could see in the neighborhood of 300 touches while netting close to 1,500 yards from scrimmage this season (based on my projections).
