2017 NFL Mock Draft - Minnesota Vikings Mock Draft

- Updated: Monday, April 24th

On this page, you will find all of our picks for the Minnesota Vikings in the 2017 NFL Mock Draft from Kevin Hanson.

Here are the picks in our 2017 NFL Mock Draft for the Vikings:

PickOverallProspect
2.1648Malik McDowell, DL, Michigan State
As Bleacher Report Matt Miller said (via the Star Tribune) of McDowell, “Inconsistency is a huge issue with him. There are times he looks like a top-10 player. And then there are times where you just wonder if he even likes playing football. But he is a perfect Mike Zimmer fit because he is 6-6, super long arms, really good athlete.”

His lack of production (especially given his tools) and questions about his love for the game are obviously huge red flags. At this point in the draft, however, the 20-year-old McDowell could turn out to be an absolute steal, but this pick has a fairly wide range of potential outcomes for Mike Zimmer and Rick Speilman.

3.1579Antonio Garcia, OT, Troy
3.2286Cooper Kupp, WR, Eastern Washington
4.13120Wayne Gallman, RB, Clemson
4.21128Danny Isidora, G, Miami (FL)
5.16160Conor McDermott, OT, UCLA
6.15199Elijah Lee, OLB, Kansas State
7.14232Amba Etta-Tawo, WR, Syracuse
