- Updated: Monday, May 9th

On this page, you will find all of our picks for the New England Patriots in our 2017 NFL Mock Draft from Kevin Hanson.

Here are the picks in our 2017 NFL Mock Draft for the Patriots:

31. New England Patriots (Draft History: Christian McCaffrey, RB, Stanford

Breaking the record held by Hall-of-Famer Barry Sanders, McCaffrey set the NCAA single-season record for all-purpose yards as the sophomore finished second in Heisman voting behind Alabama's Derrick Henry. Son of ex-NFL receiver Ed McCaffrey, the versatile sophomore rushed for 2,019 yards and added 45 receptions for 645 yards and accounted for 17 touchdowns -- eight rushing, five receiving, two passing, one punt return and one kickoff return. While he may not last to pick 31, few teams would value McCaffrey's versatility more than New England.
