2015 Fantasy Football: Week 15 Fantasy Running Back Rankings

After missing team curfew and getting only five carries (for four yards) in Week 13, Green Bay's Eddie Lacy bounced back with his best game of the season.

In Sunday's win over the Cowboys, Lacy carried the ball 24 times for 124 yards, both of which were season highs, and a touchdown and he added a 24-yard reception.

With Week 13 being the exception, it was the third time in four games that Lacy has rushed for at least 100 yards.

No running back has more 100-yard rushing games over the past four weeks than Lacy. In fact, only two others have two -- Darren McFadden and Thomas Rawls, who is out for the season with a broken ankle.

In addition, Lacy has the fourth-most rushing yards (333) during that span after Doug Martin (508), Rawls (435) and LeSean McCoy (338).

The matchup against the Raiders isn't great as they have allowed 2.92 yards per carry to opposing running backs over the past four weeks. In fact, no running back has more than 44 rushing yards against them over that stretch. Then again, they haven't faced the who's who of backs over that span, either -- Lions, Titans, Chiefs and Broncos.

In their previous two games, they allowed monster performances to DeAngelo Williams (225 YFS and two TDs) in Week 9 and Adrian Peterson (216 YFS and a TD) in Week 10.

Barring any curfew-related punishments, Lacy should finish this week as a top-10 running back once again.

DeAngelo Williams: 133.4 YFS/G, 1.0 TD/G over past 5G

Since taking over as the starter for the injured Le'Veon Bell, few running backs have been better than Pittsburgh's DeAngelo Williams.

During that five-game span, he has scored more than 14 fantasy points in four games and finished as a top-four weekly fantasy running back in three of those five games.

In those five games, Williams has a total of 101 carries for 463 yards and five touchdowns plus 17 catches for 204 yards.

Only two running backs have more yards from scrimmage than Williams (667): LeSean McCoy (723) and Adrian Peterson (717). But both backs played six games while the Steelers had their bye during that span.

If you include the first two games of the season when Bell was suspended, Williams has finished as a top-15 fantasy running back in six of seven games as a starter.

The Broncos have allowed only one 100-yard rusher (Jamaal Charles, Week 2) this season, but they have allowed seven touchdowns to running backs over their past seven games.

Given the volume that Williams should see, Williams should exceed 100 YFS and there's a better chance than not that he finds the end zone on Sunday.
