Chicago Bears Mock Draft Roundup 2.0

Throughout the year and leading up to the 2025 NFL Draft, we will update our Chicago Bears Mock Draft Roundup showing picks for the Chicago Bears from several prominent sites and draft analysts.

The following are picks in recent mock drafts for the Bears:

NFL.com — Eric Edholm

10. Will Campbell, OT, LSU

He might get dinged for the arm-length thing. I couldn't care less. I'd love to see Campbell at tackle, but he could be a four-position starter as a rookie.

CBS Sports — Josh Edwards

10. Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas

Ben Johnson may want Ashton Jeanty to give them an explosive trait in the run game, but none of what Detroit was able to accomplish offensively this season was possible without a fortified offensive line. Chicago has to fix that unit before worrying about the rest.

NFL.com — Bucky Brooks

10. Armand Membou, OL, Missouri

New head coach Ben Johnson is committed to building a dominant line in Chicago to create a balanced but explosive offense -- like the one he just coordinated in Detroit. Membou is a bully at the point of attack with some positional flexibility.

Yahoo! — Tice/McDonald

10. Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State

The Bears need offensive line help outside of right tackle, so here's a running mate for Darnell Wright on the offensive line. Simmons has a chance to be a riser during the draft process considering his skill level, athleticism and upside.

The Athletic — Baumgardner/Dochterman

10. Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas

Chicago spent the No. 1 pick last year on quarterback Caleb Williams ... then promptly gave up 68 sacks this season. For Williams to make strides under new coach and offensive guru Ben Johnson, the Bears need to improve up front.

Banks (6-foot-4, 320 pounds) won the Outland Trophy as the nation's top interior lineman and has positional flexibility. The Bears need a plug-and-play offensive lineman in the worst way, and Banks will start somewhere on day one.

EDSFootball — Kevin Hanson

10. Will Campbell, OT, LSU

Chicago's offense was a major disappointment in 2024, but optimism abounds with the signing of Ben Johnson, who will bring competence and creativity to the offensive coaching staff. Caleb Williams was sacked a league-most 68 times. While part of the blame belongs to Williams, upgrades to the offensive line figures to be a top objective this offseason. Campbell, who started at left tackle for LSU the moment he stepped on campus, may be viewed as a better guard prospect due to arm length, but he will immediately upgrade this offensive line and help keep Williams upright.

The 33rd Team — Kyle Crabbs

10. Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas

Chicago's quest for the right blend of talent around Caleb Williams is underway. Ben Johnson takes control of the offense (and the team), and his departure from Detroit underscores the big difference between the two teams. The Lions prioritized trenches with every opportunity they were afforded. Chicago has been actively adding to its line depth chart thanks to GM Ryan Poles, but the team has not yet hit on enough pieces. Kelvin Banks Jr. would be a logical addition, bringing power, athleticism, and versatility to the group.

NFL.com — Daniel Jeremiah

10. Tyler Booker, IOL, Alabama

I think Booker is one of the safest picks in the draft. He will help firm up the interior offensive line for Caleb Williams.

ESPN — Mel Kiper

10. Will Campbell, OT, LSU

The Bears have had three top-10 picks since Ryan Poles became the GM in 2022, and they've used them all on offense. But anyone who watched Chicago play this season knows Caleb Williams needs better protection; the rookie QB took 68 sacks. The entire offensive line class is still on the board here, and it's close between Campbell and Texas' Kelvin Banks Jr. at the top.

I lean Campbell because he was better this season and has more size at 6-foot-6, 323 pounds, even though Banks is ranked higher on my board (No. 10 vs. No. 11). Campbell gave up just two sacks over 524 pass-block snaps this season. There are some length concerns, and he might kick inside to guard, but Chicago needs help all over that line.
