Las Vegas Raiders Mock Draft Roundup 2.0
Throughout the year and leading up to the 2025 NFL Draft, we will update our Las Vegas Raiders Mock Draft Roundup showing picks for the Las Vegas Raiders from several prominent sites and draft analysts.
The following are picks in recent mock drafts for the Raiders:
6. Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Pete Carroll blows up the draft! Why not? When everyone else is having trouble slotting Jeanty lower, I'll give him to the coach he was meant to play for.
6. Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
Las Vegas is not able to land its quarterback of the future in the first round, but there is still an opportunity to address other areas of need. Tetairoa McMillan is a ball-winner who can turn some of those quarterback mistakes into wins.
6. Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
Upgrading the talent on the perimeter is a top priority for a Raiders offense that relied extensively on rookie tight end Brock Bowers in 2024.
6. Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
Johnson is probably the best player available at this point in the draft, bringing potential shutdown cornerback skills to a defense that desperately needs big-time talent on the outside.

6. Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
Is there a more perfect arrangement than Sanders heading to the Raiders? A polarizing prospect who's had to deal with plenty of scrutiny (including for his early season criticism of his own offensive line), Sanders was a driving force in Colorado turning from the worst power-conference program into Big 12 regular-season co-champion.
Sanders has the arm and swagger to lead right away. How he handles pressure situations will determine whether he succeeds or fails, and how the Raiders' front office — including Tom Brady — evaluates him.

6. Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
While the Raiders have an obvious need to upgrade their quarterback situation, there isn't a (QB3) prospect worth selecting sixth overall. The team hit the jackpot with Brock Bowers, but they could use another weapon like McMillan to help whomever ends up becoming their future quarterback. McMillan's body control, ball skills, size and catch radius allow him to win in ways similar to Atlanta's Drake London.
6. Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
Las Vegas's quarterback situation is going into its third year without a resolution. Getting the opportunity to secure a quarterback to pair with new head coach Pete Carroll would go a long way in fortifying a team identity and rebuilding the program's culture. Carroll is the perfect coach to connect with Sanders and help him realize his potential as a quarterback, thanks to his personality and willingness to not put too much on the quarterback's plate.
6. Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
Tom Brady, now a partner in the Raiders' ownership, is someone who would appreciate Sanders' toughness, accuracy and decision making.
6. Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
In 2024, the Raiders had the No. 13 pick ... and somehow missed out on all of the top six quarterbacks. They are picking higher this year, but the supply is more limited. There's a really good chance they'll strike out at QB yet again. Minority owner Tom Brady is apparently involved in the process to fix the quarterback situation, and I could see Las Vegas trading up for Sanders or Ward. But finding the answer at No. 6 might not be in the cards.
So, here's the solution: add a passer through free agency (and maybe take a shot at one of the Day 2 QBs) and pair him with a playmaker with this pick. Tight end Brock Bowers had an amazing rookie season (1,194 yards), but the wide receiver room is light after the Raiders dealt Davante Adams to the Jets. McMillan has the body control to make tough, contested catches and finished 2024 with 1,319 receiving yards and eight TDs.
