Tyler Booker — NFL Mock Draft Roundup 1.0
Leading up to the 2025 NFL Draft, we will track where Alabama Crimson Tide offensive lineman Tyler Booker appears in the latest NFL mock drafts.
Tyler Booker NFL Mock Drafts
Here are some of the latest mock drafts in which Booker has appeared:
No. 12 overall — Dallas Cowboys
This might not get Cowboys fans jazzed, but Dallas could have to move forward without longtime cornerstone Zack Martin. The team has enjoyed success finding draft replacements on the line.
No. 22 overall — Los Angeles Chargers
Offensive guard is probably not at the top of the list of Los Angeles' needs, but it was a problem area down the stretch. Tyler Booker is the fourth former first-round pick on that offensive line and a stabilizing presence.
No. 13 overall — Miami Dolphins
Adding physicality and toughness to the offensive line is a priority for the Dolphins. Booker is a bully at the line of scrimmage with the nastiness needed to set the tone up front.
No. 18 overall — Seattle Seahawks
Klint Kubiak's scheme is going to run the damn ball and Seattle's offensive line didn't necessarily make that the easiest task last year. Tyler Booker would be an immediate starter along the line for a group that desperately needs talent.
The Athletic — Baumgardner/Dochterman
No. 25 overall — Houston Texans
Booker would fill a huge need along the offensive interior, easily Houston's biggest issue right now in front of C.J. Stroud. Booker started all three years at Alabama and is an absolute mauler. He's not always technically perfect, but he has first-round power and can be a difference-maker inside.
No. 25 overall — Houston Texans
C.J. Stroud was sacked a total of 63 times over 19 games including the playoffs. Whether the Texans address the offensive line through free agency or the draft (or both), it's clear upgrades are needed, especially on the interior offensive line, and Booker would provide just that.
No. 28 overall — Detroit Lions
The Lions boast a strong reputation for their offensive line but are facing the outlook of potential change at both spots. Kevin Zeitler is an expiring contract and was the better of the team's two starting guards — Graham Glasgow signed a 3-year deal last offseason and struggled in 2024. Amid all of the changes in Detroit with coaching upheaval, staying true to the DNA of the team will help ease the transition — and that makes a mauling guard like Tyler Booker a perfect fit.
No. 10 overall — Chicago Bears
I think Booker is one of the safest picks in the draft. He will help firm up the interior offensive line for Caleb Williams.
No. 16 overall — Arizona Cardinals
I'd love for Arizona to land a pass rusher here after it finished 26th in pressure rate (28.6%), but the board isn't cooperating. It'd be a reach to Tennessee's James Pearce Jr., Marshall's Mike Green or Texas A&M's Nic Scourton. General manager Monti Ossenfort is known to trade around in the first round, so maybe he'll get an offer for the No. 16 pick -- someone interested in Ashton Jeanty? -- and be able to move back, get an edge rusher and add more picks. But if the Cardinals stay home and things play out like this, I'm eyeing another position.
Arizona might not return guards Will Hernandez or Evan Brown (both free agents), and it has to keep the interior offensive line strong for its run game. Booker might be the best pure guard in the class. He's strong at the point of attack, and no one gets past him. And he's rugged in the run game, getting to the second level to clear lanes.
