Ajsa Sivka - WNBA Mock Draft Roundup 1.0
Leading up to the 2025 WNBA Draft, we will track where Slovenian Ajsa Sivka appears in the latest WNBA mock drafts.
Here are some of the latest mock drafts in which Ajsa Sivka has appeared:
No. 8 overall — Connecticut Sun
The Connecticut Sun had the league's most painful offseason. The entire starting five is gone, and Stephanie White has also left. Not to mention, they're still in the middle of Marina Mabrey's trade saga.
Truthfully, it's unclear how Connecticut will operate in the draft, but if they want to draft and stash for the future, Slovenia's Ajsa Sivka is available. Sivka is a shifty wing who uses movement to get to her spots and make plays. The buckets tend to come from all over the court, but her three-ball is the moneymaker.

No. 9 overall — Los Angeles Sparks
New Sparks coach Lynne Roberts is bringing her 3-point heavy offense from Utah to Los Angeles, and Sivka is a perfect fit for that approach. The 19-year-old Slovenian is a big wing who can space the floor and offers a lot of positional flexibility. Sivka also makes sense here for the Sparks because they have a crowded depth chart already and she could be a draft-and-stash option.
No. 11 overall — Minnesota Lynx
With Cecilia Zandalasini getting scooped up by Golden State in the expansion draft, the Minnesota Lynx need to add wing scoring depth, size and perimeter shooting.
One easy target and natural addition for the Lynx could be Ajsa Sivka, a 6'4" wing being eyed by a lot of WNBA front offices. She plays for Tarbes Gespe Bigorre in France and is a long-time member of the Slovenian national team.
Sivka is a multi-level scorer, most widely known for her pure shot and perimeter scoring as a career 39 percent shooter. While great off the catch, she is more than capable of coming off screens, knocking down shots in transition and shooting them off the dribble. Her height, length and skill set are extremely rare and will amount to a tough matchup for opponents.
You don't see many 6'4", versatile guards shooting it close to 40 percent floating around every day. When you add in her great passing ability and vision at 3.0 assists per game, the Lynx would be more than fortunate to have her as an option with this pick.

No. 8 overall — Connecticut Sun
Another young player from overseas, Sivka is draft eligible like Malonga because she will turn 20 this year (both in November). Sivka plays for the Slovenian national team and professionally in France, where new Sun coach Rachid Meziane is from. Also like Malonga, she could be a draft-and-stash prospect or possibly be ready to play in the WNBA this year.
