For this mock draft, four EDSFootball.com contributors will draft for three teams per round and we will exclude kickers and team defenses from this mock.

We will draft 12 rounds and I will include commentary for each of the 144 picks.

This is a slow draft that is conducted offline, but picks/rounds of the draft will be posted as they are completed.

Although we conducted re-draft mocks for both standard-scoring and point-per-reception (PPR) formats prior to the 2013 NFL Draft, we will conduct new drafts in the near future.

Results by Team - Brendan Donahue (Team 3)
Rounds: One - Two - Three - Four - Five - Six - Seven - Eight - Nine - 10 - 11 - 12 | By Team
Our re-draft mocks: Standard Scoring (Feb. 3-14) | PPR Scoring (Mar. 20 - Apr. 8)

1.10 - Brendan Donahue (Team 3): C.J. Spiller, RB, Buffalo Bills

One of the league's most dangerous backs, Spiller had a breakout season as he set career highs with 1,244 rushing yards, 43 receptions, 459 receiving yards and eight total touchdowns.

Along with Peterson, Spiller was the only running back to average at least six yards per carry last season (6.01). Even though he ranked 22nd in rush attempts (207), the former first-round pick ranked second in the league in runs of 20-plus yards (12) behind Peterson.

With a new coaching staff in place and Fred Jackson now 32 years old, Spiller should see a larger workload in 2013 and beyond.

2.03 - Brendan Donahue (Team 3): Julio Jones, WR, Atlanta Falcons

Considering I was debating Jones and Lynch, it was little surprise that Brendan took Jones here.

While the start to his young two-year career may not be as impressive as A.J. Green's, Jones has 133 receptions for 2,157 yards and 18 touchdowns plus 86 receiving yards over the past two seasons combined.

With great size and game-breaking speed, Jones will eventually emerge as the team's primary receiver over Roddy White, who turns 32 this season. Last year, Jones ranked 20th in the NFL in targets (129), but the gap between Jones and White (143) narrowed considerably from Jones' rookie season.

3.10 - Brendan Donahue (Team 3): Lamar Miller, RB, Miami Dolphins

With the game-breaking speed to take it to the house on any given play, Miller appears to be the favorite to take over as the team's featured back with the offseason departure of Reggie Bush. In limited work (51 carries), Miller averaged just shy of five yards per carry.

That said, Miller has yet to be a featured back in the NFL and Mike Gillislee, their fifth-round pick this year, could get (many) more touches than many currently project.

4.03 - Brendan Donahue (Team 3): Michael Crabtree, WR, San Francisco 49ers

The switch from Alex Smith to Colin Kaepernick seemed to make a world of difference for Crabtree, who was a top-10 pick in the 2009 NFL Draft. Before last season, he had never reached 900 receiving yards in a season. Crabtree broke out with career highs across the board last season: 85 receptions, 1,105 yards and nine touchdowns.

From Week 8 through the end of the regular season, Crabtree amassed 51 receptions for 737 yards and eight touchdowns. With his per-game averages over that span, he would have been on pace for a season with a stat line of 91/1310/14.

Although Crabtree is entering his fifth NFL season, he is only 25 years old (turns 26 on September 14th).

5.10 - Brendan Donahue (Team 3): Matthew Stafford, QB, Detroit Lions

Even though he threw it an NFL-record 727 times last year, Stafford surprisingly saw his touchdown total drop by more than half to 20 last season.

That said, the former No. 1 overall pick has thrown for more than 10,000 yards over the past two seasons combined, has the league's best receiver on his team and just turned 25 years old.

6.03 - Brendan Donahue (Team 3): Mike Wallace, WR, Miami Dolphins

Despite setting a career low with an average of 13.1 yards per reception last year, Wallace, who signed a five-year deal with the Dolphins, provides the Dolphins with the explosive, big-play receiver that they lacked.

Although he is coming off a down year, Wallace has averaged 1,095 yards and scored a total of 26 touchdowns over the past three seasons.

7.10 - Brendan Donahue (Team 3): Kendall Wright, WR, Tennessee Titans

Wright had a solid rookie season finishing with 64 receptions on 104 targets, both of which were team highs, for 626 yards and four touchdowns. Going into his second season, Wright has dropped 14 pounds due to a better diet and workout program and should build upon last year's success.

One of the challenges for Wright or any of the team's wideouts is the inaccuracy of quarterback Jake Locker. That said, I have the Titans drafting his successor in my 2014 NFL Mock Draft.

8.03 - Brendan Donahue (Team 3): Johnathan Franklin, RB, Green Bay Packers

Unfortunately for Franklin (and Eddie Lacy as well), the presence of both talented backs reduces the short-term fantasy value of the other. Taking a longer-term perspective, some/many feel that Franklin is a better value than Lacy.

Although he's not as big of a back as Lacy, Franklin has the ability to do it all including running in between the tackles. As a senior, he set the Bruins' single-season rushing record with 1,734 yards, caught 33 passes for 323 yards and scored a total of 15 touchdowns.

9.10 - Brendan Donahue (Team 3): Bernard Pierce, RB, Baltimore Ravens

As a rookie, Pierce carried the ball 108 times and averaged more yards per carry (4.93) than Rice (4.45) by almost a half-yard per carry. Part of that can be attributed to Pierce's ability to break tackles. He broke tackles at a rate (16.5 percent) nearly double that of Rice (8.5 percent). In fact, Pierce ranked fifth in the NFL among running backs in this category.

10.03 - Brendan Donahue (Team 3): Jared Cook, TE, St. Louis Rams

For those waiting for Cook to have his breakout season, it's possible this is the year as he is reunited with coach Jeff Fisher in St. Louis. Cook is one of the most athletic tight ends in the league, but the Titans have failed to truly exploit the potential mismatches.

Early reports are that Cook and quarterback Sam Bradford has excellent chemistry. Beat writer Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch writes that Cook "should be a huge part of the new-look Rams' attack."

11.10 - Brendan Donahue (Team 3): Jonathan Dwyer, RB, Pittsburgh Steelers

With Dwyer leading the Steelers in carries (156) last season, he averaged only 3.99 yards per carry and scored just two touchdowns. With the Steelers drafting Le'Veon Bell in the middle of the second round, it appears that Dwyer will see his touches significantly reduced (at least) in 2013. Offensive coordinator Todd Haley has referred to Bell as a "three-down back" recently.

12.03 - Brendan Donahue(Team 3): Brian Quick, WR, St. Louis Rams

Making the transition from Appalachian State to the NFL, Quick was selected with the 33rd overall pick, first pick of the second round, in the 2012 NFL Draft.

As a rookie, Quick finished with only 11 receptions for 156 yards and two touchdowns, but he is confident that he will make a big improvement in his second season. Quick said (via Joe Lyons of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch), "... by the second half of last season, though, I felt a lot more comfortable and now, going into the second year, I really feel like I’m ready to show people what I can do."

Quick's combination of size (6-3, 220) and speed make him an upside play in dynasty leagues.
