Memphis Grizzlies 2025 NBA Mock Draft Roundup 1.0

Leading up to the 2025 NBA Draft, our Memphis Grizzlies Mock Draft Roundup will highlight recent picks for the Memphis Grizzlies from several prominent sites and draft analysts.

The following are picks in recent mock drafts for the Grizzlies:

For the Win — Bryan Kalbrosky

25. Adou Thiero, Arkansas

Arkansas junior Adou Thiero is one of the most impactful transfers in the nation. He fits the statistical profile that the Grizzlies front office tends to value. Other prospects potentially available in this range that are also relatively close to those thresholds include Sorber, Murray-Boyles, Johni Broome, Nique Clifford, and Danny Wolf.

CBS Sports — Adam Finkelstein

25. Labaron Philon, Alabama

Philon has exceeded all expectations this year with his two-way instincts and competitiveness to match his lead guard size. He could be an understudy for Marcus Smart in Memphis but needs to shoot it consistently.

Bleacher Report — Jonathan Wasserman

25. Rasheer Fleming, St. Joseph's

Scouts have caught on to Rasheer Fleming's mix of inside scoring, shooting, defensive tools and passing flashes.

He's the only player in the country with 30 threes and 25 dunks. His defensive playmaking rates (3.5 STL, 5.5 BLK) also highlight disruptive strength, length and movement.

If the three-point accuracy continues—he does look confident and fluid spotting up from the corners and popping out to the wings—interest is bound to build in a 6'9" power forward who spaces the floor and wins around the basket.

The Athletic — Sam Vecenie

26. Rasheer Fleming, St. Joseph's

Fleming is one of the big risers of this draft cycle, a big forward out of St. Joseph's who has been on an upward trajectory now for the last five or so years. Originally from New Jersey, Fleming played on a stacked Camden High School team that was coached by Rick Brunson and featured former five-star recruits D.J. Wagner and Aaron Bradshaw, Fleming is the one from that group who has emerged into a real first-round prospect. He has a massive wingspan in the 7-4 ballpark, and he's a monster athlete with serious run-and-jump skill along with coordination.

He has put those tools to use this season, and his skill set has come together wonderfully. He's averaging 16.2 points, 8.9 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 1.6 blocks per game, shooting 57 percent from the field and 41 percent from 3 on over four attempts from distance per game. There's a lot here for a developmentally inclined organization to work with given how positive his momentum is as a player. He has to continue working through his feel for the game as he gains further experience, but he undeniably has tools that few in this class can match physically.

26. Boogie Fland, Arkansas

The Grizzlies (24-13) are one of the Western Conference's top teams and could look to stockpile talent through the draft, which they've done successfully in recent years. Memphis could deepen its backcourt with Fland, Arkansas' go-to guy at 18 years old. He has shown impressive scoring prowess by playing off hesitation moves, driving and dishing, and hitting pull-up jumpers from all over the floor, all while being competitive on defense.

Not blessed with great physical tools, scoring efficiency has been a struggle for Fland against better opponents (39% on 2-point attempts, 25% on 3-pointers vs. Top-100 competition). Scouts will be monitoring how he guides Arkansas in the brutal SEC, where he'll be tested each game. -- Givony
