Dallas Cowboys NFL Mock Draft Roundup 1.0

Throughout the year and leading up to the 2027 NFL Draft, we will update our Dallas Cowboys Mock Draft Roundup showing picks for the Dallas Cowboys from several prominent sites and draft analysts.

The following are picks from recent NFL mock drafts for the Dallas Cowboys:

Fox Sports — Rob Rang

23. Kewan Lacy, RB, Mississippi

It isn't often that NFL teams are willing to invest a first-round pick on a running back who weighs less than 200 pounds, but if Lacy duplicates the production he enjoyed last year, it might happen. Lacy quieted critics who suggested that he couldn't handle a heavy workload, leading the SEC with 306 touches and 24 rushing touchdowns. He's cat-quick with breakaway speed, soft hands out of the backfield and underrated power.

For the Win — Christian D'Andrea

21. Nick Marsh, WR, Indiana

Marsh would be a wonderful George Pickens replacement. And he won't be an option when Jerry Jones caves late in negotiations and signs his WR2 for four years and $180 million.

CBS Sports — Ryan Wilson

23. Kade Pieper, IOL, Iowa

Pieper is an athletic interior lineman who shines in pass protection and in zone schemes. As he continues to improve functional strength, he has the potential to become one of the best interior OL in the class.

ESPN — Jordan Reid

23. Charlie Becker, WR, Indiana

George Pickens has been franchise-tagged for the 2026 season, but it could be too expensive to keep long term, so the Cowboys might need a No. 2 receiver alongside CeeDee Lamb. Becker became a go-to option toward the end of last season during Indiana's championship push. He averaged 19.9 yards per catch in 2025, the seventh-best mark in the FBS. He's a former state champion hurdler, and that leaping ability is apparent on jump balls, as he makes tough catches look routine. He's inexperienced (eight career starts), but Becker has Round 1 potential if his upward trend continues.

The Athletic — Dane Brugler

20. Nick Marsh, WR, Indiana

A transfer from Michigan State, Marsh (6-3, 215) is a good-sized athlete with playmaking potential.

CBS Sports — Cooper Petagna

21. Ryan Coleman-Williams, WR, Alabama

After taking a step back as a sophomore, Williams will look to recapture the form that made him a household name as a freshman. Despite a disappointing second season, he still possesses rare, game-breaking talent and the versatility to project as a likely Day 1 selection.

PFF — Daire Carragher

22. Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa, LB, Notre Dame

Despite significant buzz about the Cowboys trading up to acquire Sonny Styles in this year's draft, Caleb Downs was the defender selected by Jerry Jones at strong value. The Cowboys are not done building out Christian Parker's defense for the future. Viliamu-Asa has played sparingly through two seasons in South Bend, but his 94.0 PFF run-defense grade led the nation last year.
