Leading up to the 2026 NFL Draft, we will track where Penn State Nittany Lions cornerback A.J. Harris appears in the latest NFL mock drafts.

A.J. Harris NFL Mock Drafts

Here are some of the latest mock drafts in which A.J. Harris has appeared:

EDSFootball - Kevin Hanson

No. 18 overall — Minnesota Vikings

Interesting fact: None of Penn State's 43 first-round picks in school history have been defensive backs. Not only does he buck the school's DB draft history, but Harris is in the mix to challenge Jermod McCoy for the right to be this class's CB1 due to his length, speed and coverage abilities.

ESPN - Jordan Reid

No. 18 overall — Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings have plenty of questions at corner, save for recently extended Byron Murphy Jr. They didn't select one this year, so it could be the position they target immediately in 2026. Harris thrived in his first season at Penn State after transferring from Georgia, showing easy vertical speed and change-of-direction ability. He attaches in man coverage but also shows comfort in zone. Scouts just want to see more ball production, as he had only one interception in 2024.

NBC Sports - Eric Froton

No. 31 overall — Baltimore Ravens

Harris (6-1, 193 pounds) helped Penn State make the CFP Playoff last year by allowing a 41% completion rate, .57 yards per cover snap, and a superlative 16.8 QBR when targeted. He has legitimate CB1 upside and should at least settle in as a CB2 with his combination of length and speed on the outside.

Fox Sports - Rob Rang

No. 22 overall — Los Angeles Chargers

Whether it be along the offensive line, linebacker or even defensive back, playing for Jim Harbaugh requires a great deal of physicality. Harris stands out in that regard, showing the tenacity and awareness to battle receivers at the catch point, as well as in run support.
