Julian Sayin — 2027 NFL Mock Draft Roundup 1.0
Leading up to the 2027 NFL Draft, we will track where Ohio State Buckeyes quarterback Julian Sayin appears in the latest NFL mock drafts.
Julian Sayin NFL Mock Drafts
Here are some of the latest mock drafts in which Julian Sayin has appeared:
No. 12 overall — New York Jets (via IND)
Sayin will be a fascinating NFL evaluation because many of the receivers he has thrown to at Ohio State are likely even more talented than the ones he'll have in the NFL, and it can be difficult to gauge him on his own merits. He showed impressive poise and accuracy in his first season as the Buckeyes starter, however, with scouts excited about his future.
For the Win — Christian D'Andrea
No. 4 overall — Cleveland Browns
Cleveland stays local in its latest attempt to slice the tangled knot that is its horribly managed quarterback position. Sayin is on the smaller size for a pure pocket passer, but proved to be one of the FBS' most efficient players as a sophomore last fall.
No. 1 overall — Arizona Cardinals
It's difficult to envision a scenario in which the Cardinals are not searching for a quarterback near the top of next year's draft, even though they selected Carson Beck in the third round this year. Sayin was the highest-graded FBS quarterback last season, but he will need another full year in the spotlight for the preseason national championship favorites. If this pure pocket passer replicates his play from last year, he should be a top selection.
