Las Vegas Raiders NFL Mock Draft Roundup 1.0
Throughout the year and leading up to the 2027 NFL Draft, we will update our Las Vegas Raiders Mock Draft Roundup showing picks for the Las Vegas Raiders from several prominent sites and draft analysts.
The following are picks from recent NFL mock drafts for the Las Vegas Raiders:
5. Jeremiah Smith, WR, Ohio State
With all due respect to his former Ohio State teammate Carnell Tate — the fourth overall pick last week — Smith would've been the first receiver selected had he been eligible for the 2026 draft. One of the few players I've ever seen physically capable of competing at the NFL level as a true freshman, Smith has a frame and game that reminds me of a young Julio Jones.
For the Win — Christian D'Andrea
6. Jeremiah Smith, WR, Ohio State
Smith may be the top overall prospect at any position in 2027. We've been waiting for this since he exploded onto the scene as a true freshman in 2024.
6. Trevor Goosby, OT, Texas
Goosby, who would've likely been a first-rounder had he declared for the '26 draft, has a huge frame and high-end athletic traits that allow him to anchor effectively against power, though he remains a raw prospect who can struggle with quicker pass rushers.
5. Cam Coleman, WR, Texas
There haven't been two receivers drafted in the top five since 2003 (Charles Rogers and Andre Johnson), but that could happen in 2027 with Coleman and Smith. Coleman excelled in two seasons at Auburn despite inconsistent QB play, finishing last season with 56 catches for 708 receiving yards and five touchdowns. Transferring to Texas and pairing up with Manning could unlock even more production, as he's a sure-handed target with good hands. That would be ideal for the Raiders, who need a No. 1 wide receiver to help the development of this year's top pick, Fernando Mendoza.
6. Cam Coleman, WR, Texas
As special as Smith is as a prospect, Coleman isn't too far behind. His inconsistent tape the last two seasons was more about the Auburn offense than anything else, and he should thrive with an upgrade at quarterback after joining the Longhorns.
6. Cam Coleman, WR, Texas
Following two seasons of high-level flashes paired with uneven play, the former five-star transferred from Auburn to Texas this offseason, joining forces with Manning in Austin. At 6-foot-3, Coleman brings elite field-stretching ability and the capacity to play above the rim, making his appeal easy to understand.
6. Cam Coleman, WR, Texas
Wide receiver is the most logical position for the Raiders to address early next year as they look to give Fernando Mendoza a true WR1. No wide receiver has emerged as a clear second option behind Jeremiah Smith, but Cam Coleman is a safe bet to do so next year. The fifth overall player in the 2024 recruiting class has transferred from Auburn to become Arch Manning's top target.
