Olaivavega Ioane NFL Mock Drafts
Here are some of the latest mock drafts in which Olaivavega Ioane has appeared:
No. 22 overall — Los Angeles Chargers
Do they still turn in actual cards? If so, the Chargers need to sprint this one up! Ioane might be a Nittany Lion, but he's cut from the Harbaugh mold.
No. 19 overall — Carolina Panthers
The Panthers took a huge jump in 2025, winning the NFC South and seeing more glimpses of quarterback Bryce Young playing up to his former No. 1 pick status. With the Panthers set to pick up Young's fifth-year option, they can use this pick to continue to build around him and give him support. Ioane is the best interior lineman in the class, with elite power in the run game and patience in pass protection. The savvy left guard allowed just two pressures and no sacks in 11 games last season. Teams looking for a power anchor in the passing game will love what Ioane brings. He's a starter from day one and boasts Pro Bowl talent.
No. 22 overall — Los Angeles Chargers
Ioane is one of the cleanest prospects in this class, excelling as an earth mover in the run game and showing the athleticism to be effective in both gap and zone schemes. In pass protection, he plays with a strong base, using a well-timed, powerful punch to neutralize the bull rush.
No. 22 overall — Los Angeles Chargers
The Chargers' offensive line was an Achilles' heel this past season. They'll get Joe Alt and Rashawn Slater back from injury at the tackle spots, but their interior pass blocking must improve. Ioane was one of the best pass-blocking guards in college football in 2025, notching an 87.0 PFF pass-blocking grade.
The Athletic — Baumgardner/Dochterman
No. 14 overall — Baltimore Ravens
A big, powerful athlete with quick hands and plenty of grit in the run game, Ioane played both guard spots, right tackle and even a bit of center at Penn State. One of the few consistent bright spots for the Nittany Lions this season, Ioane just feels like a Raven.
No. 15 overall — Tampa Bay Buccaneers
After a hot start to the season, Baker Mayfield's play tailed off down the stretch, with the QB tallying a 10:9 TD-to-INT ratio and 78.9 passer rating over his final eight games. Getting him back on track starts with fortifying the offensive line. Ioane punishes defenders at the line of scrimmage as a road grader, and he also displays the nimble feet to dance in pass protection.
No. 14 overall — Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens need to upgrade at guard, and center Tyler Linderbaum is due to reach free agency in March. Ioane has a strong case to be considered the best offensive lineman in this year's draft.
