Tyler Guyton — NFL Mock Draft Roundup 2.0

Leading up to the 2024 NFL Draft, we will track where Oklahoma Sooners offensive tackle Tyler Guyton appears in the latest NFL mock drafts.

Tyler Guyton NFL Mock Drafts

Here are some of the latest mock drafts in which Guyton has appeared:

CBS Sports - Kyle Stackpole

#24 overall, Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys need a Tyron Smith replacement. Tyler Smith can move over to the left side while another Tyler (Guyton, out of Oklahoma) slots in at right tackle.

NFL.com - Eric Edholm

#30 overall, Baltimore Ravens

Every year, the draft just seems to fall into place for Baltimore, which needs help at tackle. Guyton would allow the Ravens to not have to lean on Patrick Mekari or Daniel Faalele too much and possibly give them their right tackle for the next several seasons.

The Ringer - Danny Kelly

#30 overall, Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens have always loved to build in the trenches and do so with this pick, adding a highly athletic and high-upside tackle in Guyton. The former Sooners standout can start his career on the right side and brings potential to slide into the left tackle spot if or when Ronnie Stanley leaves or retires.

NFL.com - Charles Davis

#31 overall, San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers' offense will flourish as long as HC Kyle Shanahan is diagramming plays, and this agile former tight end has a chance to plug in immediately at right tackle.

ESPN - Matt Miller

#25 overall, Green Bay Packers

The Packers love drafting premium positions early, and Guyton could be a starter for them at left tackle or right guard after they lost Jon Runyan and David Bakhtiari this offseason. He started 14 games for the Sooners over the past two seasons after transferring from TCU and could thrive at multiple positions in the pros. The 6-8, 322-pounder has great length and moves like a tight end.

ESPN - Mike Tannenbaum

#25 overall, Green Bay Packers

With longtime Packers left tackle David Bakhtiari moving on and guard Jon Runyan signing with the Giants, Green Bay has to address quarterback Jordan Love's protection. Guyton's smooth movement skills remind me of D'Brickashaw Ferguson, whom I drafted in 2006 while with the Jets. Guyton is a plug-and-play guy from day one at left tackle, after starting 14 games over the past two seasons at Oklahoma since transferring from TCU. He allowed only one sack in that time.

The Athletic - Ben Standig

#30 overall (TRADE), Washington Commanders

Projected trade: Commanders acquire No. 30 from Ravens for Nos. 40 and 78

The Commanders were the most active team in free agency, but they didn't significantly fill their left tackle vacancy. Given how quickly teams snatch tackles, waiting to pounce in the early second round might be risky. Another danger would be not stabilizing the blindside spot with a rookie quarterback. Baltimore could use more picks after seeing numerous free agents leave, though standing pat and taking the 6-foot-8, 322-pound Guyton also works.
