Cleveland Indians 2021 MLB Mock Draft Roundup

We've been tracking MLB mock drafts from various baseball analysts, writers and bloggers via our 2021 MLB Mock Draft Database.

The Cleveland Indians have the 23rd pick in the 2021 MLB Draft and our Cleveland Indians 2021 MLB Mock Draft Roundup compiles picks for the Indians in recently-updated mock drafts.

The picks listed below are sorted by when the mock draft was updated (date in parenthesis) with the most recent mocks listed first.

> MLB Tickets: Cleveland Indians Tickets

MLB.com - Mayo (6/2)
Joe Mack, C, Williamsville East HS (East Amherst, N.Y.)

Teams have been pouring in to see Mack in upstate New York because his season started so late, so he has the chance to move up if he performs.

The Athletic - Law (5/27)
Joshua Baez, OF, Dexter (MA) Southfield School

Cleveland has limited its scouts' travel this year, so we'll see if that impacts their draft philosophy (or quality), but they've gone hard for upside in the last several first rounds, which would include guys like Baez, Petty, Benny Montgomery, and Solometo.

MLB.com - Callis (5/26)
Joshua Baez, OF, Dexter Southfield HS (Brookline, Mass.)

After spending their last six first-round selections on high schoolers, the Indians appear headed down that road again. Baez provides one of the best combinations of power and arm strength available, and other prep candidates include Ford, Mack, Taylor, Solometo, right-hander Chase Petty and second baseman Peyton Stovall.

ESPN - McDaniel (5/11)
Adrian Del Castillo, C, Miami

Del Castillo isn't the most exciting prospect. He's a fine defender and hitter with offensive upside who stood out for his first two years in Miami but has been just OK this spring. The position is grueling, making the offensive bar low. Del Castillo has a history of hitting going back to high school, so he shouldn't get much further than this.
