Offseason in three or fewer words: Great around Tannehill
The final possession of the Titans' season ended with a Ryan Tannehill interception that set up the game-winning field goal for the Bengals. The Titans are committed to Tannehill as their quarterback next season. Mike Vrabel has said as much, but added that the Titans have to play great around Tannehill. That means they'll need to add playmakers on offense. Tannehill already has his favorite target in A.J. Brown and his chemistry with Julio Jones is growing. Adding a dynamic slot receiver and a threat at tight end would do wonders for the offense. -- Turron Davenport

Ryan Tannehill picked a dreadful time to have his worst game of the season, and the top-seeded Titans were one-and-done in the playoffs as a result. The disappointment is real, but the right move is to keep building around Tannehill rather than lament his status as a good-but-not-transcendent QB. Healthy seasons from A.J. Brown and Derrick Henry would be an immense help, and Titans brass would be wise to add more weapons in the slot and at tight end. Without much projected cap space or a 2022 second-round pick after the Julio Jones trade, and with a potential extension for Brown on tap, GM Jon Robinson needs to be creative.
CBS Sports -- Rank: 6
There is a lot of talk that they need to move on from Ryan Tannehill. If they did, where do they go? He's fine in their offense.
USA Today -- Rank: 5
Bet you didn't know AFC's No. 1 playoff seed and Chiefs are the only teams with winning records each of the past six seasons. With GM Jon Robinson and coach and 2021 Coach of the Year Mike Vrabel now locked up long term, good bet Tennessee continues this trend ... even if some might wonder how far Titans can get with QB Ryan Tannehill.
The Athletic -- Rank: 8
The Titans were a fraudulent No. 1 seed, and even though the loss to the Bengals doesn't look as bad in hindsight, it was still disappointing Tennessee couldn't put together a better offensive performance in the postseason. For all the resilience the Titans showed in the second half of the season after losing Derrick Henry, it doesn't mean much when they can't win a playoff game.
