The following are picks in recent mock drafts for the Packers:
Pro Football Network - DiCecco (6/7)
24) Green Bay Packers: Rondale Moore, WR Purdue
The Packers failed to address the wide receiver position in their 2020 haul but have some much-needed speed and explosiveness in Moore. A hamstring injury limited the 5-foot-9, 180-pound pass-catcher to four games in 2019, but his athleticism and effectiveness in space will add another dimension to a Packers offense in desperate need of juice in the 2021 NFL Draft.
Fox Sports - McIntyre (6/7)
18. Green Bay Packers -- Devonta Smith, WR, Alabama
“Oh, now you want to take a receiver in the first round,” 37-year old Aaron Rodgers screams after the Packers miss the playoffs.
Walter Football (5/19)
15. Green Bay Packers: Seth Williams, WR, Auburn
The Packers seemed to forget that they had a big need at receiver in the 2020 NFL Draft. Perhaps they'll find an upgrade for Jordan Love in this class.
Seth Williams (6-3, 224) has come out of nowhere to have a huge 2019 campaign.
CBS Sports - Edwards (5/12)
17. Green Bay Packers: Jaylen Waddle, WR, Alabama
Green Bay loves wide receivers, right? The backlash of passing on a wide receiver in favor of a quarterback has been significant. The Packers could crumble under the peer pressure next year.
CBS Sports - Trapasso (5/4)
17. Green Bay Packers: Devonta Smith, WR, Alabama
Oh, hey! An offensive skill-position player in Round 1 for the Packers! Smith is lanky but has veteran route-running savvy and deceptively fast after the catch.
PFF - Renner (4/30)
23. Green Bay Packers -- LB Dylan Moses, Alabama
If Moses hadn't torn his ACL last season, we probably would have seen him come off the board in this range last week. He's explosive as can be, though we'd like to see a few more plays on the ball in coverage as he doesn't have a single pass breakup in his career so far.
San Diego Union Tribune (4/29)
23. Green Bay (22/1) -- Jaylen Waddle, WR, Alabama
Someone has to care about Aaron Rodgers' needs. Waddle had 1,227 all-purpose yards and eight total touchdowns (six receiving, one kick return and a punt return) as a sophomore.
SI - Hanson (4/27)
22. Green Bay Packers: Rondale Moore, WR, Purdue
Making some head-scratching selections in the 2020 draft, the Packers front office ignored the team's need to find an upgrade opposite Davante Adams by failing to draft a single receiver in one of the deepest draft classes ever for the position. If Moore is still available here, he would give the team a dynamic playmaker. While he played only four games as a sophomore due to a hamstring injury, Moore had 1,471 scrimmage yards and 14 touchdowns as a true freshman in 2018.
Bleacher Report - Miller (4/27)
22. Green Bay Packers -- LB Micah Parsons, Penn State
Another NFL draft and another year the Green Bay Packers pass on receivers. No, we're not joking. The position is a need, but the Packers seem intent on finding playmakers through another route.
Micah Parsons is a rock-solid linebacker with the athleticism to play any of the 4-3 alignments and the speed to show up as a dynamic three-down playmaker. Parsons is a top-15 player with the athletic upside to become a top-10 pick.
SB Nation - Kadar (4/27)
23. Green Bay Packers: Rondale Moore, WR, Purdue
A weapon for Aaron Rodgers? What a novel idea. Moore is a small receiver, but he showed as a freshman that he's one of the best pass catchers in the nation. He only played four games last season, but should have a bounce-back junior year.
The Athletic - Brugler (4/27)
22. Green Bay Packers -- *Rashod Bateman, WR, Minnesota
Averaging 20.3 yards per catch last season, Bateman was a cheat code with his dominance at the catch point. There are three Big Ten receivers in this mock, but it was Bateman who was named the conference's top receiver last season.
