The Athletic -- Rank: 12
It was exhausting trying to keep up with the Vikings during the draft as they made 15 selections over the three days as part of their biggest roster overhaul in years. Change can be scary, but we think there should be plenty of things to like about it, starting with a revamped group of cornerbacks and fresh blood at wide receiver, notably with first-rounder Justin Jefferson. Still, we won't be surprised if Vikings fans aren't pleased to see their team once again outside of the top 10.
CBS Sports -- Rank: 13
They had a good draft, adding a lot of quality players. But can the defense be as good with so many players departing and new players starting?
USA Today -- Rank: 5
WR Justin Jefferson could make Skol supporters forget Stefon Diggs in fairly short order. Quality depth added to trenches and secondary.
ESPN -- Rank: 9
Player who benefited: WR Adam Thielen. The Vikings drafted Stefon Diggs' heir apparent when they took Justin Jefferson No. 22 overall, and the LSU star immediately fills the No. 2 receiver opening. Jefferson had 100 receptions out of the slot last year and is primed to catch a lot of passes from Kirk Cousins in 2020, but it's the attention he'll draw from defenses that could help Thielen see less bracket man coverage. The Vikings also added K.J. Osborn and Quartney Davis in the draft. Minnesota might have defined roles for their top four receivers for the first time in years. -- Courtney Cronin

Take a load off, Rick Spielman. The Vikings general manager made history by selecting 15 players in the 2020 NFL Draft. It's the most players acquired in a draft class since the league adopted the seven-round format in 1994. The first pick was LSU star Justin Jefferson, who neatly slides into the wide receiver spot vacated by Stefon Diggs. Jefferson can play outside or in the slot, and you get the feeling he can be an immediate producer playing with the ever-consistent Kirk Cousins. The additions of Jeff Gladney (31st overall pick) and Cameron Dantzler (89th) should provide immediate help to a cornerback room that needed reinforcements. Offensive tackle Ezra Cleveland was a nice value add in the second round that immediately ended any possibility of a Trent Williams trade. The Vikings look ready to roll.
