2014 Fantasy Football PPR Mock Draft: Round 13
Scoring: This mock draft is based on re-draft leagues (2014 season only) and based on point-per-reception (PPR) scoring. Passing touchdowns are worth four points while rushing and receiving touchdowns are worth six points. Receptions are worth one point. In addition, one point is earned per 25 passing yards, 10 rushing yards and 10 receiving yards.Mock Draft Start Date: Saturday, July 12th
Mock Draft End Date: Tuesday, August 5th
Four of our site's contributors Kevin Hanson, Brendan Donahue, Sean Beazley and Dan Yanotchko will make picks for three teams of this 12-team mock. The mock will go 14 rounds with no kickers or team defenses selected.
Although this is a slow draft, we will post picks as they occur, along with comments from Kevin Hanson, instead of waiting until the entire mock draft is complete.

Here are Round 13 results:
13.01 - Brendan Donahue (Team 1): Jonathan Stewart, RB, Carolina Panthers
Stewart has played in only 15 games over the past two seasons and he's once again dealing with an injury. Initially, Stewart was expected to miss 1-2 weeks with a hamstring injury, but that timetable was doubled to 2-4 weeks. As part of Carolina's committee backfield, and not the biggest part of that committee, it's not easy to get excited about The Daily Show's outlook, but he's worth a 13th-round pick if he can (get and) stay healthy this year.
13.02 - Sean Beazley (Team 1): Shonn Greene, RB, Tennessee Titans

13.03 - Dan Yanotchko (Team 1): Dexter McCluster, RB, Tennessee Titans
In addition to being used as a returner, McCluster has played both running back and wide receiver with the < href="/nfl/kc/">Kansas City Chiefs. The Titans plan to use McCluster as a running back and he has some breakout appeal in PPR formats as Danny Woodhead had 76 receptions last season in Whisenhunt's offense. Over the past three seasons, McCluster has averaged a little more than 50 catches per season.
13.04 - Kevin Hanson (Team 1): Andrew Hawkins, WR, Cleveland Browns
With the looming full-season suspension for Josh Gordon, Hawkins is one of my favorite late-round PPR receivers. Not only has he been impressive during OTAs and at training camp, Hawkins should be featured prominently into the passing attack by default.
13.05 - Dan Yanotchko (Team 2): Jarrett Boykin, WR, Green Bay Packers
With Randall Cobb missing much of last season, Boykin stepped into a larger role in the Packers offense and finished with 49 catches for 681 yards and three touchdowns. Even though the Packers drafted Davante Adams in the second round, Boykin appears to be the favorite for the WR3 role behind Jordy Nelson and Cobb.
13.06 - Kevin Hanson (Team 2): Kenny Stills, WR, New Orleans Saints
Oozing with speed, Stills had only 32 receptions as a rookie, but he made the most of them as he averaged a league-high 20.0 yards per reception and scored five times. He should be able to build upon his rookie numbers, but the Saints traded up in the first round to draft Brandin Cooks as well, which keeps his breakout potential in check.
13.07 - Brendan Donahue (Team 2): Marqise Lee, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars
Lee has recently drawn high praise from head coach Gus Bradley: "Marqise has that speed factor. He has a chance to break one and is extremely quick. Hes freakish in his skill set in some of the things he does."
13.08 - Sean Beazley (Team 2): Andy Dalton, QB, Cincinnati Bengals
Nobody could (or should) have expected a top-five season from Dalton, but that's what he did in 2013. That said, it was an inconsistent path to that production. Dalton had the fifth-most games with a passer rating of 120.0, but he also had fourth-most games with a sub-70.0 passer rating.
With a career-high 586 pass attempts last season, Dalton threw for 4,293 yards and 33 touchdowns, both of which were also career highs, but it also led to 20 interceptions as well. With a new offensive coordinator Hue Jackson calling the plays, it's more likely that the Bengals lean heavily on their rushing attack and Dalton's pass attempts drop, perhaps by a quite a bit.
13.09 - Sean Beazley (Team 3): Ka'Deem Carey, RB, Chicago Bears
Although he is currently listed as fourth on the team's depth chart, Carey will likely enter the season as Matt Forte's backup. Unless Forte misses time, however, Carey is unlikely to have much fantasy value as a rookie. Last season, Forte had 83.6 percent of the touches among running backs 363 touches of the 434 by the team's running backs.
13.10 - Brendan Donahue (Team 3): Charles Clay, TE, Miami Dolphins

13.11 - Kevin Hanson (Team 3): Jordan Matthews, WR, Philadelphia Eagles
Cousin to Hall-of-Famer Jerry Rice, Matthews is the SEC's all-time leader in both receptions and receiving yards and he has been a standout performer so far during OTAs and training camp. With excellent size (6-foot-3, 212), good speed (4.46 forty) and a tremendous work ethic, Matthews should see his role and production expand as the season progresses.
13.12 - Dan Yanotchko (Team 3): Robert Woods, WR, Buffalo Bills
As a rookie, Woods had 40 receptions for 587 yards and three touchdowns last season. While he was listed as a starter along side rookie Sammy Watkins on the team's initial depth chart, Mike Williams got the start over Woods in the Hall of Fame Game against the Giants.
