2025 Fantasy Football Strength of Schedule

A fantasy football strength of schedule (SOS) helps fantasy managers determine which teams and players have favorable (or unfavorable) schedules for the 2025 NFL season.

Based on each team's opponents for the 2025 NFL season, we have tallied the average fantasy points allowed by each of those opponents to the position.

Note: Bye weeks and the actual dates of games will be announced in May, so these numbers include all 17 games. Following the release of the full schedule, we will update these rankings to include only Weeks 1 through 17.

While strength of schedule should never be the sole factor in determining who to draft/add, it could help potentially break a tie between two players that you may otherwise view as comparable.
